NZSM/CANZ NZ COMPOSERS CONFERENCE 2008

REGISTRATION FORM

This registration form guarantees you entrance to all events and catering for morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. As we have limited space in our lecture rooms and limited funding, attendees who do not register by 8 September are not guaranteed to be able to attend and are not guaranteed catering.

Registration and attendance at all Conference Events, including the special concert, are free to all CANZ Members. For non-CANZ Members, you may pay an annual subscription fee to CANZ to get into the conference & concert, or you may pay a flat registration fee of $50.

All Registration Fees can be paid during the Registration period, 9-10am on Saturday 27 Sept at the School of Music foyer, NZSM Kelburn Campus.

Membership rates

FULL MEMBERSHIP
For active composers. Voting rights.
Either: One year membership $75
Or: Three year membership $210

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
For individuals and groups interested in and supportive of New Zealand composition, but who do not consider themselves active composers. No voting rights.
$50 for one year.

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
For those enrolled at a recognised educational institution (ID details required). Voting rights.
$20 for one year.

UNWAGED MEMBERSHIP
For those who would normally be full members, whose family income is less than the NZ minimum wage. Voting rights.
$30 for one year.

BENEFACTOR MEMBERSHIP
For individuals or organisations who wish to support the aims of CANZ. No voting rights.
$105 for one year.
